We want you to try Femicore with no pressure. If it is not right for you, the guarantee below makes returning it simple and fair.
The promise in plain terms
Every Femicore order placed through this official Canadian site is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund of the purchase price within those 60 days, even if you have used the product and the bottles are empty. We ask only that the request comes from the person who placed the order.
How to start a refund
Email our support team at care@femicorecanada.com with your order number and the name and email used at checkout. We will reply with simple return instructions, including the return address. There is no need to call a hotline or jump through hoops. A real person handles your request.
Returning the bottles
To complete most refunds we ask that you return your bottles, used or unused, to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked method so the parcel can be confirmed as received.
Timelines
Once your return reaches our fulfillment centre and is logged, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit. We will email you when the refund has been issued so you are never left guessing.

- Requests made within 60 days of delivery.
What is not covered
- Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.
- Products bought from third-party marketplaces or unauthorised resellers, which we cannot verify and cannot refund.
- Requests made after the 60-day window has closed.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo if possible. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund including any shipping you paid, and we will cover the cost of any return.
This policy applies to purchases made on femicorecanada.com and does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable Canadian law.
